DUMP BAG - Mexican Taco Chicken (slow cook range)

Packed with tender chicken breast, Mexican spices, kidney beans, black beans, sweet corn and mild salsa, this freezer-friendly meal is fully prepared and ready to go. Simply thaw (if frozen), tip the entire contents into your slow cooker, and coil! 3-4 hours in high 6-8 on low.

Once cooked, simply shred the chicken directly in the sauce and mix it through to create a rich, flavour-packed filling ready to serve.

Serving Suggestions:

• Fill soft taco shells and top with lettuce, cheese, avocado, sour cream and fresh salsa
• Serve over steamed rice for an easy burrito bowl
• Roll into burritos or wraps
• Load onto nachos with melted cheese, guacamole and sour cream
• Use as a filling for quesadillas, enchiladas or toasted sandwiches

Contents are prepped and frozen raw altogether. If you like hot just add jalapeños or chillies. If you’d like it not to be frozen let me know
